Ownership

The Shared Ownership scheme allows qualifying purchasers to buy a share of the property value with a proportional rent payable on the remaining share to the RSL. Shared ownership has largely been replaced by the Homebuy scheme. Each shared ownership sale is only counted once and at the time of disposal of the initial share.
