Disgrifiad cyffredinol

Cynllun benthyciad rhannu ecwiti gwerth £170 miliwn sy'n ceisio cefnogi perchentyaeth, ysgogi gweithgaredd adeiladu a rhoi hwb i'r sector tai a'r economi ehangach yw Cymorth i Brynu - Cymru. O dan y cynllun, mae benthyciadau ar gael i brynwyr sydd am brynu eiddo newydd ei adeiladu gwerth hyd at £300,000. Mae Cymorth i Brynu - Cymru ar gael i bawb (nid prynwyr am y tro cyntaf yn unig) sydd am brynu cartref newydd, ond sydd efallai wedi'u cyfyngu yn hynny o beth – er enghraifft, o ganlyniad i ofynion blaendal – ond y byddai disgwyl iddynt ad-dalu morgais fel arall. Mae benthyciad rhannu ecwiti o hyd at uchafswm o 20% o bris prynu'r eiddo ar gael. Yn ogystal, mae'n ofynnol i brynwyr ddarparu 5% a bydd angen iddynt gael morgais i dalu'r balans sy'n weddill. Mae pob adeiladwr (o bob maint) yn gallu cofrestru gyda'r cynllun a gwerthu eiddo trwy'r fenter.

Mae'r data a ddangosir yma wedi'i gyfuno o'r cofnodion trafodion unigol a gofnodwyd gan Help to Buy Wales Ltd, ac mae detholiad ohono yn cael ei gyflenwi i Lywodraeth Cymru bob mis.

Casgliad data a dull cyfrifo

Mae'r data'n deillio o ddetholiad o drafodion o dan gynllun Cymorth i Brynu yng Nghymru, ac fe'i darperir i Lywodraeth Cymru gan Help to Buy Wales Ltd bob mis.

Mae data'n cael ei echdynnu o Client Relationship Management System (CRM) Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd. Mae'r holl wybodaeth yn cael ei chadw'n ddiogel ar y system ac yn cael ei mewnbynnu gan staff prosesu Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd. Mae'r holl wybodaeth a gedwir ar y CRM, mewn perthynas ag eiddo Cymorth i Brynu - Cymru, yn cael ei darparu gan y prynwr neu ei gyfreithiwr/trawsgludwr fel rhan o'r Ffurflen Gwybodaeth Eiddo, Ffurflen Trawsgludwyr 1 neu Ffurflen Trawsgludwyr 2. I gael mwy o fanylion am y broses mae prynwyr yn mynd trwyddi, a'r dogfennau y mae'n ofynnol iddynt ei gwblhau er mwyn cael gafael ar fenthyciad rhannu ecwiti ewch i wefan y cynllun (gweler y dolenni gwe).

Mae'r holl ddata ar gyfer cyfnod penodol yn ddata dros dro i gychwyn, ac yn amodol ar fân ddiwygiadau ar gyfer ceisiadau a gyflwynir yn hwyr i'r gronfa ddata trafodion. Ar y cyfan, ni fydd angen diwygiadau ar ôl tua mis ar ôl diwedd y cyfnod penodol.
