Members $A decrease in membership from the previous year within a local authority may partly be a reflection of improvements in data quality, particularly a reduction in the double counting of members. Accredited Outcomes have the following features: Successful completion of one or more modules of a locally recognised award - accreditation takes the form of a verified certificate. They are undertaken by young people supported within the youth work process - the programme followed fits into the ethos of youth work and enables young people\'s ownership of the process. $
